ELEKTROMAG Rectangular lifting Magnets designed specially for handling wire bundles are the result of many years of experience. Like all other ELEKTROMAG magnets this magnet is also of sturdy construction. All magnetic, mechanical and electrical components have been ideally matched to warrant utmost efficiency and safety in service. The centre pole and the slanting outer poles are suitable for different wire bundle diameters.

The size of the magnet depends on the length of the bundles (please refer drawing and table). If the magnet is long enough,several individual bundles can be seized during one lifting operation.

The exciter coil is wound of Aluminium conductor; it is mounted and sealed in the magnet housing using high grade insulation material. Coils of copper conductor can also be manufactured if required.

Loosely and highly banded wire bundles with horizontal axis are handled very safely by this magnet.

No need for ropes or C-hooks

Wire bundles will not be damaged.
