VIBRATING  TABLES
WITH UNBALANCE MOTOR DRIVE OR
ELEKTROMAGNETIC DRIVE

 

          Vibrating Tables are used both for compaction and detachment of bulk material. The load to be vibrated, for instance a container with bulk material is placed loosely on the Vibrating Tables. This  is  mainly suited  for compaction  of  bulk materials  and  concrete mixtures or for detachment such as shaking out moulds.

 

Compaction of Bulk Materials :

          There is particularly a great demand for compaction in the packaging industry. Bulk materials have to be packed  into containers  or  bags  with  as  little  volume  as  possible. In the process of compaction, internal cavities collapse and storage of the material is achieved as compact as possible in volume. Bulk material with little friction requires less vibration impacts than a material with high friction. Vibrating Tables are frequently used for compaction of wet mixtures such as concrete.

 

Detachment of Bulk Materials :

          Detachment takes place when the impacts separate particles of material adhering to one another. Casting and moulding boxes in foundries are freed by vibration from remnants of the moulding sand. Residues adhering to containers can also be removed.

          Another field of application of vibration is the checking of components or complete assemblies for sensitivity to impact cold soldering  joints or defective screw couplings.

          ELEKTROMAG offer Vibrating Tables for vibrating bulk material of weights 5Kgs. to 5000Kgs. and above. These Tables can be offered with either Elektromagnetic drives or alternatively with Unbalance Vibrator Motors.
